Refund Policy

Monthly plans start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel within the trial and you are not charged at all — so there is nothing to refund.

If you ask within 14 (fourteen) days of your first paid charge, we refund that payment in full, no questions asked. You do not need to give a reason.

This guarantee applies to the first billing period for each customer.

After an automatic renewal, we will consider a refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date and there has been no substantial use of the service in that period.

If you do not want to renew, the simplest route is to cancel before the renewal date — you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Annual payments are refunded in full within the first 14 days.

If you cancel after 14 days, we will consider a pro-rata refund for whole unused months. Months already used are deducted at the standard monthly rate.

Custom development work carried out at your request outside the plan scope and already delivered.

Third-party products and services bought on your behalf (domains, licences, paid plugins, stock imagery and similar) — these follow the supplier's own refund terms.

Subscriptions terminated because of a breach of our Terms of Service.

Alternatively, open the Paddle customer portal from the "Manage subscription" link in your dashboard and request it from your invoice history.

We respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle) back to your original payment method.

Paddle typically processes refunds within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under applicable consumer law — including the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts in Türkiye, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
