Terms of Service

Saltek Technologies is a software and technology services provider based in Istanbul, Türkiye. Our subscription plans cover custom website development, ongoing maintenance, AI-assisted features, SEO optimisation and technical support.

The scope of each plan is set out on our pricing page. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and carried out only by mutual written agreement.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: Paddle handles the sale, collects payment, and calculates, collects and remits applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual) at the same price, unless you cancel.

We may change prices with notice. Existing subscribers are notified at least 30 days in advance, and any change applies only from the next renewal.

Your card details are never stored on our servers or in our database; they are entered directly into Paddle's secure payment environment.

Monthly plans include a 7 (seven) day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.

Subscriptions not cancelled before the trial ends convert automatically to a paid subscription.

You may cancel at any time, without giving a reason, from the "Manage subscription" link in your customer dashboard (which opens the Paddle customer portal) or by emailing info@saltektechnology.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to the service and your dashboard until that date — we do not cut short a period you have already paid for.

You agree to supply the content, images, brand assets and access credentials needed to deliver the service in good time. We are not responsible for delays caused by outstanding materials.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to any material you provide and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

You may not use our services for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

For fully paid projects, rights to use the designs and content produced specifically for you belong to you.

The infrastructure, libraries, templates and general-purpose components we use to deliver the service remain the property of Saltek Technologies or the relevant third-party licensors.

Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may display completed work in our portfolio.

We make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption, but we are not liable for outages caused by hosting providers, domain registrars or other third-party services.

Planned maintenance is carried out during low-traffic hours wherever possible, with advance notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 (twelve) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by email or on the site at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that notice means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
