This website is operated by Saltek Technologies, based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We act as the data controller for the personal data described below. Contact: info@saltektechnology.com

Contact form: your name, email address, company name and message.

Customer account: your email address, name and (if provided) company name. Your password is stored securely by our authentication provider — we never store your password in our own database and cannot see it.

Subscription and billing: subscription status, plan, payment amount and date. Your card details never reach our servers or database.

We process your data to respond to enquiries, to perform our contract with you (subscription and support), and to meet legal obligations such as accounting and invoicing.

Marketing communication is sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We use the following providers to deliver the service:

Supabase — hosting of account and customer dashboard data (EU / Frankfurt region).

Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle) — payment processing. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for our sales and processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Resend — delivery of contact form emails.

Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

We do not sell your data or share it with any other third party, except where required by law.

We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for any period required by law (for example, financial records for 10 years). After that it is deleted or anonymised.

To close your account, email info@saltektechnology.com.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Email info@saltektechnology.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We use cookies only for essential functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering your theme preference. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access to customer dashboard data is enforced at the database level with row-level security: each customer can only read their own records.
